James Rim, Partner
With over 8 years of experience in government affairs and compliance and more than 5 years in Big 4 international tax consulting, Mr. Rim is a managing partner exhibits exceptional expertise and client-tailored services. Mr. Rim serves as a managing partner in the Firm’s Atlanta and New Jersey offices, where he works with privately held companies across various industries, including food and beverage, apparel, manufacturing and distribution, and retail. He provides clients throughout the United States with financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, and other business consulting services such as forecasting and financial modeling.
Yonghee Choi, Partner
With over a decade of international corporate tax experience, Ms. Choi is a regional partner for the Savannah, Georgia office. She has provided tax compliance and business consulting services to publicly traded and privately held companies in industries, including retail, distribution, manufacturing, technology, and service sectors. Ms. Choi has extensive expertise in Accounting for Income Taxes and Uncertainty in Income Taxes. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia, an Enrolled Agent, and a Certified Tax Accountant in South Korea.
Jun S. Han, Partner
With over a decade of experience in Big 4 public and corporate finance and accounting, Mr. Han is a managing partner with extensive healthcare leadership experience. He previously served as finance director for Bilate, an international publicly traded medical device company focused on neurosurgeries Prior to that, he held several financial leadership roles at Marriott International HQ and the World Bank Group. Mr. Han holds an M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland College Park.
